Craft your vision

I attempted to launch my business multiple times since 2001 and always quit for one reason or another. No matter what I did differently to start the business, I always stopped short. But I wasn't willing to give up on myself and continued to press on.

One day I came to the realization that although I was a master of my craft, I went to art school, not business school, and I had no idea what I was doing in terms of the business. I thought much of it would just be common sense, and it is to an extent, but there was so much more I needed to know.  And that's when I found WEV's Self -Employment and Training Course, just in the knick of time before I quit again.

Something happened once I enrolled with WEV that completely launched my business and to this day I can not explain what that magic, what that shift was.  But everything changed in those 14 weeks for the better of my business; I had a 15-page business plan I was completely proud of, I was incredibly empowered with my newfound business knowledge, and I was surrounded by "a village of women" who's mission was to see me succeed.

I can only imagine where I would be if I taken this course seven years ago. Thank you WEV for all you've done and the work you continue to do.

Excellent presentation. Beautiful products. I love the way you expressed your belief in your own gifts and your determination to succeed would always take you just so far. Realizing you hadn't ever failed, you just needed more skills you could learn from other supportive women--that and persistence made all the difference.
