Social Good and the Power of Women

WEV is, and has been, such a wonderful source of support, resources, and invaluable information to me and my business. Because of the SET course, I was able to meet many important business people (who are now part of my cadre of experts) and gain the understanding about business finances I needed to make my business successful.

Most importantly, I wouldn’t have been able to take advantage of WEV’s offerings without the scholarship I received – something only made possible by the generous donations of companies and individuals who believe in the economic empowerment of others.

Spring 2009 Oxnard SET Class is Rockin!

I teach the Self-Employment Training (SET) class for WEV in Oxnard and I have to tell you that the women in our current class are SMOKIN Hot with great business ideas.

They are also committed and giving 200% or more to the process of researching and writing their business plans.

This is why I do what I do.
